Robert Rumsby, who has served as the company’s chief operating officer and has jointly managed the company since July 2004, will continue in that role.  Frank Fazzinga, Gemini Cosmetics’ chairman of the board of directors and its majority shareholder, will jointly manage the company with Rumsby.
